Photographs taken on a tour of Manchester
Goldilocks tried the 17-40mm, too wide! So she tried the 70-200mm. “This lens is too long!” she exclaimed. Then she came to the 50mm lens.
“Ah, this lens is just right”.
All taken with a 50mm lens and Canon 6D (my backup wedding photography camera) on the evening of 12/5/14.
Tour guide Philip Wharmby disguised as a City fan.
Something very satisfying about getting the photo on the right and then watching the cloud disperse knowing it’ll never look quite like that again.
Believe it or not, the next three are of a wall of a building. Dusk by then but ISO3200 on the Canon 6D retains a huge amount of detail.
