Images are adjusted to a high standard on a calibrated monitor to give images with good brightness, colour and contrast.
The retouching of blemishes is at no extra cost on large prints and is usually automatic.
Effects like black and white and sepia can be requested at no extra charge on large prints.
Some images work better in black and white than others.
In particular, images with strong lines or patterns can look dramatic in black and white.

I like to spend the time to go from a good starting image to a great image.
Late in the evening this sky was very dramatic. The image on the right is a combination of multiple exposures.
Waiting on the driveway on a lovely sunny day I wanted to capture this amazing dress against the blue sky.
I held the camera at arms length and shot upwards which gives a very dramatic perspective.
I removed the telephone lines and next door’s house(!) to create this stunning image.
This image was print was prepared for a 36″x24″ print behind acrylic (a bit bigger than a 42″ LCD TV screen)
The original as shot image:

The retouched image is going to look amazing on the wall:
- Fisheye lens straightened with the plugin you can buy here (only £21 at the time of writing): http://www.imagetrendsinc.com/products/prodpage_hemi.asp
- Car removed and replaced with bushes.
- Parking bollards and chains removed.
- Marks on the road removed.
- Colour adjusted.

I have a 30″x20″ acrylic sample of a different image which you are most welcome to ask to see before or after your wedding.
